Valentine's Day

I, Nichole, painted a painting to go along with the poem A Father's Love Letter. We displayed it in the house and sent photocopies home with all of our Saturday night guests.

I was really touched when Moh shared that he had been praying Saturday afternoon asking God if he were really there to show him a sign, then he read the first line of this poem, "You may not know me, but I know everything about you. - Psalms 139:1" Moh knew immediately he needed a copy to take home with him because it is just so heart-warming. May it whisper truth to him and to the others who were thrilled to take home a piece of my art.

Still Moving In

This past weekend we had a friend install shelves in our little laundry room. Since none of the walls are straight (vertically or horizontally), they pretty-much had be hand carved to fit just the perfect dimensions. This is our only storage in the bathroom. Until the shelves were installed, we were still pulling toiletries and towels out of cardboard boxes everyday (and packing them back up every night). The shelves are an amazing blessing! They look great and they are already filled to the brim!

Groundhog's day! Big giant flakes are falling, and Paris is mesmerized.

Brunch

Seven people came to our prayer brunch. This is becoming one of my favorite gatherings, and not just for the food, although it does set a good ambiance.

Worship Wherever

This afternoon we popped in the Worship Wherever CD and jammed along with it. It's not real easy to capture the sweet spirit of the experimental percussionists, but here are a few clips I got between songs, and when my camera was cooperating. Thanks for the CD, it was soul inspiring.
